Twelve rooms occupy a low courtyard building on Bibikhanum Street, a five-minute walk from the Bibi-Khanym Mosque and the covered Siab Bazaar in Samarkand's old city — a compact base for travellers touring the Registan on foot rather than by taxi.

Rooms carry kettles, wardrobes, and single-room AC rather than shared units, and the terrace above the courtyard catches the mosque's turquoise domes at sunset. Bike rental and a walking-tour desk operate from the lobby.
