Cuarenta hectáreas de olivares del Salento rodean Tenuta Paifer, una masseria con acceso directo al mar a las afueras de Otranto, desde cuya playa privada el Adriático está al alcance sin abandonar la finca.

La oferta de actividades resulta poco habitual para una propiedad rural: tiro con arco, piragüismo, windsurf, equitación y tenis están disponibles en el recinto, junto con clases de yoga, aeróbic y cocina centradas en la técnica puliesa. El restaurante organiza cenas temáticas y dispone de menús para dietas especiales bajo petición, mientras que una aplicación móvil gestiona los pedidos al servicio de habitaciones.

El casco antiguo de Otranto y el mosaico del pavimento de su catedral del siglo XII se encuentran a unos ocho kilómetros al norte; la finca pone a disposición de los huéspedes un servicio de transporte para quienes prefieran no conducir.
