Twelve rooms make up Guest House Alisa, a family-run stone property on Ivana Buzolića in Hvar Town, a ten-minute uphill walk from the harbor and St. Stephen's Square — a quiet base for travelers who prefer distance from the ferry-port noise.

Rooms are simple and air-conditioned, most with balconies facing the surrounding hillside rather than the sea. Breakfast is served on a shared terrace, weather permitting, with local pastries and homemade jams from the owners' garden.

Spanish Fortress sits a short climb above; Hvar's beach clubs and bus station are reachable on foot within fifteen minutes.
