Eight rooms fill this stone townhouse on Ivana Frane Biundovića, a narrow lane climbing from Hvar's harbor toward the Fortica fortress steps above. Thick limestone walls and a shared courtyard well — the 'pozzo' of the name — anchor the property's original 19th-century core.

Rooms keep exposed stone and timber beams rather than repainted plaster; several open directly onto the courtyard, quieter than street-facing options during the summer ferry rush. No restaurant on site, but the harbor promenade's tavernas sit a five-minute walk downhill.
