Twelve rooms occupy a stone townhouse on Zagrebačka ulica, one quiet block inland from Rovinj's harbour promenade and a five-minute walk from the Church of St. Euphemia crowning the old-town hill.

The residence keeps the building's original Istrian stone walls visible in most rooms, pairing them with contemporary linen and hardwood fittings. No two layouts match; corner rooms catch cross-breezes from both street-facing windows. Breakfast is served in the ground-floor salon or the rear courtyard when weather allows.

Zagrebačka ulica sits on the edge of the car-free old town, meaning the fish market, waterfront galleries, and the ferry dock for the Lim Fjord excursion boats are all reachable on foot within ten minutes.
