Wrapped around a stone courtyard on Zdenac street in Rovinj's old town peninsula, Noemi's rooms sits a five-minute walk from St. Euphemia's bell tower and the harbor promenade — a quiet base for couples skipping the seafront hotel strip.

The four-star guesthouse keeps just a handful of rooms, each with exposed stone walls and views over terracotta rooftops toward the Adriatic. Istrian breakfast is served in the courtyard when weather allows.
