Kitchens come fully equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, and coffee machine, while balconies face either the Adriatic or the forested slopes above town. Upper floors are stairs-only — worth noting for guests arriving with heavy luggage. The BBQ terrace and outdoor dining area make self-catering practical rather than a compromise.
