An detached stone house on Sveti Servul in Materada, a hilltop hamlet in inland Istria roughly fifteen minutes' drive from the coast at Novigrad, keeps self-catering apartments with private entrances rather than shared hotel corridors — a fit for families and drivers touring Istria's back roads by car.

Each unit has its own kitchen, dishwasher, and terrace or balcony facing the garden or, from upper floors, a distant sea view. A shared garden and playground suit longer stays.

Parking is on-site, useful since Materada has no bus link into Novigrad or Poreč.
