Domaine les Crayères

Folded into the eastern edge of Reims's champagne parkland, Domaine les Crayères occupies a Belle Époque château on Boulevard Henry Vasnier, ringed by two hectares of private gardens that separate it from the city grid.

The property's two-Michelin-star restaurant, Le Parc, is among the most decorated tables in the Champagne region; the adjacent Brasserie du Boulingrin offshoot serves a shorter menu at lower price points without leaving the estate. Cellars beneath the grounds connect to the wider chalk network that gives the region its name.

Reims Cathedral stands roughly ten minutes on foot to the northwest, while the major champagne houses — Taittinger, Veuve Clicquot — keep their public crayères within a short drive.
