Haxabett

Set in Rouffach's old quarter on Rue Ullin, Haxabett offers self-catering apartments suited to longer stays in southern Alsace's wine country. The town sits midway along the Route des Vins between Colmar (18km north) and Guebwiller, with Grand Cru vineyards reachable on foot.

Each apartment runs fully equipped: kitchen with oven and stovetop, washing machine, iron, and a terrace for outdoor use. A sofa bed extends sleeping capacity beyond the main bedroom, and contactless check-in removes any dependency on staff hours — useful given the 17:00 earliest arrival.
