Apollonion Palace

Twenty rooms above the Aegean on the Catholic hillside of Ano Syros, Apollonion Palace occupies one of the island's oldest neoclassical quarters, where Cycladic whitewash gives way to Italianate campaniles and marble-paved alleys.

Rooms carry hardwood and tile floors, minibars, and private terraces angled toward the sea; wine and champagne arrive on request without a separate order. The private beach below is reached by shuttle, with loungers and umbrellas reserved for guests only.
