The unit runs fully self-catering: stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, and complete kitchenware mean guests can shop the port-side convenience store and cook in. A private terrace faces the inner courtyard, and outdoor dining furniture makes alfresco meals practical. Tile and marble floors keep the space cool through Aegean summers.

Ios Chora sits a short walk uphill from the port; the island's main beach strip lies in the opposite direction along the coast road. Upper floors are stairs-only — worth noting for heavy luggage arriving by ferry.
