Three luxury suites occupy a residential building on Patriarchou Dionysiou E' 7, a quiet street in Thessaloniki's upper city within walking distance of the Byzantine walls and Ano Poli's timber-framed houses.

Each suite is a self-contained apartment with a full kitchen — stovetop, oven, microwave, and washing machine — suited to stays longer than a weekend. Balconies and terraces face the city, with landmark views across the rooftops toward the Thermaic Gulf. Hardwood and parquet floors run throughout; airport shuttle service is included for direct arrivals.

Contactless and express check-in removes front-desk queuing. Check-in opens at 16:00; checkout is noon.
