Cee Pee Houseboats

The traditional Kerala kettuvallam houseboats at Cee Pee occupy Punnamada Lake's quieter northern channel, just off the SN Junction Road where Alleppey's backwater network opens into open water — the same stretch used for the annual Nehru Trophy snake boat race.

Each boat runs on a private circuit through palm-lined canals, with breakfast delivered to the room while the vessel is underway. The sun deck and terrace serve as the primary living space; meals arrive in sealed containers from an onboard kitchen. A tour desk coordinates village stops and fishing demonstrations along the route.

Punnamada is roughly 4km from Alleppey town centre, with airport shuttle and car rental available for transfers to Cochin International, about 85km north.
