Misty Valley Resort

Off the Anaikatti road near the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border, Misty Valley Resort occupies a working organic farm in Kottathara where the Western Ghats drop sharply into forested valleys. Mountain and landmark views frame every terrace, with morning mist rolling through the treeline well past breakfast.

Ground-floor rooms are fully wheelchair accessible, each fitted with private bathroom, fireplace, balcony, and garden-facing outdoor furniture. A barbecue station and outdoor dining area extend meals into the garden, while the on-site restaurant handles room service when weather drives guests inside.

The resort sits at the quieter northern edge of Sholayur, far from the busier Munnar and Wayanad tourist circuits. An airport shuttle is available for the roughly two-hour drive from Calicut International Airport.
