Eight self-catering apartments on Bružės gatvė occupy a quiet residential address in Klaipėda's Old Town fringe, within ten minutes' walk of the Danes River embankment and the ferry crossing to Neringa Spit.

Each unit is fitted with a full stovetop kitchen, refrigerator, dining table, and kitchenware — a practical setup for stays of several nights without relying on restaurants. City views are available from upper-floor units; all apartments include private bathrooms, air conditioning, and an iron for longer visits.

Klaipėda's compact centre keeps the Castle Museum, the Theatre Square, and the covered market all reachable on foot. The Neringa ferry terminal, gateway to the UNESCO-listed Curonian Spit dunes, is roughly two kilometres south.
