Casa Don Diego

Eight rooms around a garden courtyard on Calle Tulum, Casa Don Diego sits in Tulum's town centre — walkable to the ADO bus terminal and roughly three kilometres from the beach zone, a practical base for travellers who want affordable access to both the ruins and the coast without paying Zona Hotelera prices.

Each room has air conditioning, a private bathroom with bathtub, and a balcony or patio overlooking the inner garden. A shared kitchen, coffee machine, and refrigerator allow self-catering, and daily housekeeping is included. Snorkeling and diving tours can be arranged through the on-site tour desk, along with bike rentals for the flat ride to the beach.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for use at a nearby beach access point. An airport shuttle runs to Cancún International, around 130 kilometres north via Highway 307.
