Forty-eight steps from the Ras Elmaa fountain, Hotel Alkhalifa occupies Avenue Ras Elmaa at the northern edge of Chefchaouen's blue medina — a two-minute walk from the main square and a practical base for hikers heading up toward Jebel Rif trails.
