Riad Seddiki

Twelve rooms wrap around the central courtyard of Riad Seddiki, a traditional riad on Rue Al Hassan I in Chefchaouen's blue-painted medina — the old quarter where indigo alleys converge on Plaza Uta el-Hammam, five minutes on foot. A restful base for walkers and photographers drawn to the Rif Mountain town.

The riad layout keeps breakfast courtyard-side, sheltered by whitewashed walls and terracotta tilework. Chefchaouen's medina is compact enough to navigate without guides; the Kasbah museum and the cascades of Ras el-Maa spring both fall within a short walk of the address.

Guests arriving by car should note that vehicles cannot enter the medina; the nearest drop-off is Bab Onsar gate, placing the riad a few minutes' walk inside the walls.
