Converted from a 19th-century merchant house deep in the Fès el-Bali medina, Riad Amira Luxury Palace keeps its original carved cedar ceilings and zellige-tiled courtyard around a central fountain. Ten rooms open onto the riad's inner galleries rather than the street.
