Riad Ridaya

Five guest rooms occupy this traditional riad inside Fez el-Bali, the world's largest car-free urban zone, where Derb Forn Talla Kebira sits deep within the medieval medina and no vehicle can reach the door.

The interior follows classic Moroccan courtyard form: zellige tilework, carved cedar ceilings, and a central fountain. A sun deck and terrace rise above rooftop level, giving open views across the tangle of flat roofs toward the Bou Inania medersa quarter. Breakfast is served in rooms on request; the restaurant handles special diet meals with advance notice.

Airport transfers run both directions, a practical detail given the medina's labyrinthine approach. Check-in and check-out are handled privately — no shared lobby queue.
