Riad Saba

Fourteen turns through the Medina's Douar Graoua alleys lead from Derb Cherkoui to Riad Saba's unmarked wooden door, a converted courtyard house built around a central pool and citrus trees. Inside, tadelakt walls and carved cedar ceilings separate rooms from the street noise entirely.

A rooftop terrace catches the muezzin calls from three different mosques at once, with mint tea served there each evening. Jemaa el-Fnaa lies roughly ten minutes on foot, close enough for late souk browsing but far enough for a quiet return.

Staff will arrange a guide for the first walk in, since the surrounding alleys defeat most map apps.
