Riad Seven Doors

Built around a citrus-shaded courtyard off Avenue Antaki, Riad Seven Doors takes its name from seven carved cedar doors salvaged from a demolished Fes mansion, each fitted to a different guest room. The location sits just east of the medina walls, a ten-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fna, without the tangle of alleyways that trips up first-time visitors.

A rooftop terrace faces the Koutoubia minaret for evening tea service. Breakfast is msemen and amlou served courtyard-side, timed to guest requests rather than a fixed hour — a practical base for couples wanting medina access without navigating it after dark.
