BellaVista walls House

Twelve rooms fill BellaVista walls House, a converted merchant residence on Rue du Portugal in Tangier's Ville Nouvelle, three blocks from the Grand Socco and a ten-minute walk down to the port ferry terminal. The property suits travellers arriving by boat from Tarifa who want to drop bags and walk straight into the medina.

Rooms keep original tiled floors and shuttered windows facing either the street or an interior light well. A rooftop terrace opens at sunset, looking toward the Kasbah walls rather than the newer harbor development.

No restaurant on site, but the terrace serves mint tea and pastries each morning.
