Antuwanga reef resort

Carved into Panagsama Beach's reef-front strip in Moalboal, Antuwanga Reef Resort places guests directly above one of the Philippines' most accessible house reefs — the famous sardine run swirls just metres offshore, reachable without a boat.

An adults-only property, it runs its own dive operation alongside snorkeling and full water sports. The bar hosts happy hour and live music most evenings; the coffee house handles mornings. Moalboal sits roughly three hours by bus from Cebu City's south terminal. Kawasan Falls, a turquoise canyon waterfall, is a forty-minute ride inland — the tour desk arranges transfers.
