DUSTON Boutique XIX century rooms

Around the corner from Bukhara's Lyab-i Hauz pool complex, DUSTON Boutique occupies a restored 19th-century merchant house on Mekhtar Anbar Street in the old city's walled core — walking distance from the Kalon Minaret and a practical base for travellers exploring the Silk Road quarter on foot.

The building retains its original carved-wood айван (iwan) gallery overlooking a courtyard, a detail rarely preserved in the city's newer guesthouses. Rooms follow a traditional layout with arched niches and suzani textiles rather than a generic Central Asian hotel aesthetic.

Mekhtar Anbar Street sits inside the historic centre, meaning most major monuments — the Ark Fortress, the Bolo Hauz mosque, the covered bazaar domes — fall within a fifteen-minute walk. The domestic airport is roughly eight kilometres away.
