Three guestrooms occupy a traditional Bukharan courtyard house on Sheykhon Street, one of the old city's quieter residential lanes roughly 600 metres from the Kalon Minaret. The property follows the haveli layout — rooms arranged around a central iwan terrace shaded by a mature mulberry tree.

Breakfast is served courtyard-side and draws on Bukharan staples: non flatbread, suzma, and seasonal preserves rather than a generic buffet spread. The intimate scale means service is owner-managed throughout the day.

Sheykhon Street sits within the Unesco-listed historic core, placing the Ark Citadel a ten-minute walk north and the covered trading domes of Toki Zargaron within five. Bukhara's domestic airport connects to Tashkent in under an hour.
