Ubicado en un edificio encalado en Via Matteotti 27, en el casco antiguo de Polignano a Mare, Vingt Sept es un alojamiento solo para adultos encaramado sobre la costa adriática de caliza. Las plantas superiores tienen acceso únicamente por escaleras —algo a tener en cuenta con equipaje voluminoso—, aunque las vistas sobre la ciudad que se abren desde arriba compensan con creces el esfuerzo.
