Con doce habitaciones en la calle Chashmai Ayub, Zam-Zam with Terrace debe su nombre al monumento del manantial sagrado que se alza a unos cincuenta metros de la entrada, una de las estructuras timúridas menos frecuentadas de Bujará.

La terraza en la azotea ofrece vistas despejadas sobre el horizonte de adobe de la ciudad antigua hacia el minarete de Kalián. Cuando las temperaturas lo permiten, el desayuno se sirve allí mismo, con pan de mercado y la tradición bujarí de frutas desecadas en lugar de un bufé convencional.

La calle Chashmai Ayub ocupa el extremo norte y más tranquilo del casco histórico: a doce minutos a pie del estanque de Lyabi-Hauz y aún más cerca del mausoleo de Ismail Samani.
