Chashmai Ayub Street
About Zam-Zam with Terrace
Twelve rooms on Chashmai Ayub Street, Zam-Zam with Terrace takes its name from the sacred spring monument that stands roughly fifty metres from the entrance — one of Bukhara's lesser-visited Timurid structures.
The rooftop terrace gives unobstructed sightlines across the old city's flat mudbrick skyline toward the Kalyan minaret. Breakfast is served there when temperatures allow, drawing on Bukhara's market bread and dried-fruit tradition rather than a buffet spread.
Chashmai Ayub Street sits at the quieter northern edge of the historic core, a twelve-minute walk from the Lyabi-Hauz pool and closer still to the Ismail Samani mausoleum.
