Lined with stone facades typical of Dubrovnik's Ploce district, Hamlet occupies a quiet stretch of Palmoticeva 3 just outside the Old Town walls, a five-minute walk from the Ploce Gate and the ferry port. The Old Town's crowds thin considerably here, making it a practical choice for travelers wanting walking access without the Stradun's midday congestion.

Rooms are compact and simply furnished, oriented toward either the street or a narrow inner courtyard shaded from summer heat. Banje Beach lies a short walk downhill, and the harbor where day-trip boats to the Elaphiti Islands depart is closer still.
