Forty steps up Ulica Iva Dulčića from the Ploče gate, Luxury Rooms Andrea occupies the first floor of a Dalmatian stone townhouse east of Dubrovnik's Old Town walls, within a ten-minute walk of Banje Beach and the main harbour ferry pier — a quiet base for couples wanting proximity without Stradun's crowds.

Rooms keep original stone lintels alongside updated bathrooms and private balconies facing either the harbour or the surrounding hillside. Breakfast is not served on site, but the host stocks each room with local pastries and coffee on request.

Cable car access to Mount Srđ is a fifteen-minute uphill walk.
