Twelve rooms occupy a restored stone townhouse on Ivana Kukuljevića, tucked into Dubrovnik's Old Town just steps from the Pile Gate entrance. Thick limestone walls and beamed ceilings remain from the original structure, paired with quiet modern interiors that avoid the polished-hotel feel of the harborfront chains.

No restaurant on site, but the surrounding lanes hold family-run konobas within a two-minute walk. The city walls entrance and Stradun are both under five minutes on foot, making this a base suited to travelers prioritizing walkability over resort amenities.
