Room Ivan

Two private rooms with separate entrances make up Room Ivan, tucked on Čilipska ulica in Dubrovnik's quieter Čilipi-adjacent stretch of Dalmatia, a short drive from the walled Old Town rather than inside its crowded lanes — suited to travellers with a car who want space and quiet over historic-centre proximity.

Each unit has its own kitchen, dining table, and patio furniture facing the garden; one looks toward the sea, the other over the inner courtyard. Parquet floors and soundproofing keep the two units independent of each other.

A private garden and outdoor dining area substitute for a hotel restaurant, with the coast and Cavtat road access nearby for day trips.
