Eight guest rooms line Obala Ivana Pavla II, the harbor-front road connecting Dubrovnik's Gruž port to the Old Town ramparts fifteen minutes on foot. Rooms Lami occupies a plain post-war building locals use as a landmark for the Jadrolinija ferry counters two doors down.

Rooms face either the working harbor, thick with fishing boats before dawn, or the quieter inland street behind. No restaurant on site, but the Gruž morning fish market opens block-side by 07:00.

A practical, unpolished base for ferry travelers and drivers wanting port proximity over Old Town congestion.
