Vila Curic

Six stone-walled rooms make up Vila Curic on Mostarska, a residential street in Dubrovnik's Lapad peninsula rather than the walled Old Town crowds. Each room keeps a small private balcony facing either the garden or the quiet street, suited to travellers who want the historic centre nearby without staying inside its gates.

Lapad Bay's promenade and pebble beach are a seven-minute walk downhill, lined with konoba restaurants that fill with locals rather than tour groups. The Old Town walls sit fifteen minutes away by the number 6 bus, which stops two blocks from the property.

Breakfast is taken on the terrace, weather permitting, with produce from the Gruž morning market.
