Twelve steps up from street level on Zitnica, Apartments Sunny Town occupies a semi-detached building on Korcula's old-town fringe, each unit self-contained with kitchenette, dining table, and private entrance rather than shared corridors. Stairs only reach the upper floors — no lift.

Rooms hold hardwood floors, a sitting area, and single-room AC controlled independently of neighboring units, useful in the Adriatic's July heat. Kitchenware and a stovetop suit longer stays over hotel-style breakfasts.

The walled old town and its cathedral sit a short walk downhill, with ferry connections to Split and Dubrovnik reachable on foot, making this a practical base for self-caterers touring the islands.
