Kis Residence - Adults Only

Four rooms and two suites occupy a stone townhouse on Kneze Korculanska, steps inside the medieval walls of Korcula's Old Town — the same fortified peninsula where Marco Polo is traditionally said to have been born.

Adults-only throughout, the residence keeps the original 15th-century masonry visible in every room while adding air conditioning and private bathrooms. No breakfast buffet crowds a common room; the compact format means owners can direct guests to the correct konoba for that morning's fresh catch.

Korcula Old Town sits on a narrow peninsula in the southern Dalmatian archipelago, with ferry connections to Split and Dubrovnik running from the adjacent harbour. The Moreška sword dance, performed locally since the 16th century, stages regularly during summer months two streets away.
