Rooms Sara

Five rooms make up Rooms Sara, a three-star guesthouse on Vladimira Gortana in Materada, a small farming village in inland Istria known for its terracotta soil and asparagus fields rather than coastal tourism. Each room opens onto a shared terrace facing the vineyards, with the kitchen using produce from the family's own plot for breakfast.

Rovinj's harbor lies about twenty minutes south by car, making this a quiet base for travelers touring inland Istrian hill towns like Motovun before returning to the coast in the evening.
