Niki Studios Sea - Front

Wrapped along the shoreline of Petra on Lesbos's northwest coast, Niki Studios Sea-Front positions each unit to face open Aegean water rather than the village lane behind. Petra's basalt monolith — topped by the 18th-century Panagia Glykofilousa church — rises visibly to the south, giving guests an orientation point from every terrace.

The studios run as self-catering units, suited to guests who want to shop the Tuesday Petra street market and cook their own catch. The beach itself is shallow-entry and calm, drawing families and unhurried swimmers rather than the water-sport crowds that favour Molyvos, four kilometres north.
