Torlonia: Due matrimoniali e bagno

Below the limestone ridges of Cappadocia in Abruzzo's Marsica valley, Torlonia occupies a corner of a period palazzo on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, named for the aristocratic family whose estates defined this mountain town for two centuries.

Two double rooms share a single private bathroom — a format suited to families or small groups travelling together. Stone-walled corridors and vaulted ceilings carry the architectural weight; furnishings are kept deliberately simple.

Cappadocia sits 90 kilometres east of Rome in the Fucino basin, drained in 1875 by Prince Alessandro Torlonia himself — making the property name historical rather than decorative. The Marsica bear reserve and the Fucino plateau archaeological sites lie within a short drive.
