Six suites on Via Giuseppe Garibaldi place guests inside Catania's Baroque centre, a street named for the general whose troops passed through in 1860. The building's lava-stone facade is typical of post-1693 earthquake reconstruction that defines the city's UNESCO-listed grid.

Rooms run larger than the suite label suggests; expect high coffered ceilings and Sicilian ceramic tilework. No on-site restaurant, but the Pescheria fish market operates three blocks north every morning except Sunday, and Via Etnea's espresso bars begin a two-minute walk west.

Mount Etna is visible from upper-floor windows on clear days. Taormina is under an hour by regional train from Catania Centrale, itself a ten-minute walk south along Garibaldi.
