The Laqua wellness centre anchors the property with an outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and a treatment menu spanning body wraps, couples' massage, and facial work. Yoga and fitness classes run on a fixed schedule; a personal trainer is available on request. The restaurant works with local Piedmontese produce, and the temporary art gallery programme — unusual for a rural relais — rotates regional artists through the communal spaces.

Horseback riding and bicycle rental are available on-site. Asti's cathedral district and medieval centre lie under fifteen minutes by car, and the property's airport shuttle connects to Turin Caselle for arrivals.
