Each unit runs as a private apartment with its own entrance, full kitchen with oven and stovetop, dining table, and terrace or garden access for outdoor meals. BBQ facilities are shared on site. Airport shuttle service removes the need to navigate Verona Villafranca connections independently.

Cours Milano sits on the main western axis into the old town, with bus stops directly outside linking to the historic centre in minutes. Upper floors are stairs-only, worth noting for guests travelling with heavy luggage.
