Twelve apartment-style units in Aqaba's Ayla district place families directly beside the Red Sea waterfront, one of the few all-suite properties in Jordan reserving its rooms exclusively for family groups.

Each apartment is configured for multi-generation stays, with separate sleeping and living areas suited to longer visits than a standard hotel room allows. The Ayla zone itself is a planned waterfront development on Aqaba's northern shore, quieter than the port-side strip yet close to dive operators and the Saudi border crossing at Durra.

Aqaba sits at Jordan's only coastline, with Wadi Rum reachable in under an hour by car and Petra roughly two and a half hours north.
