SOHEIL DESERT lUXURY CAMP

Tucked into a sandstone canyon in Wadi Rum's protected reserve, Soheil Desert Luxury Camp places guests inside one of Jordan's most cinematically dramatic landscapes — the same rose-red terrain used for The Martian and Lawrence of Arabia filming locations.

The camp operates at desert scale: nights are near-silent except for wind, and Milky Way visibility is exceptional given the total absence of urban light pollution within 50 kilometres. Jeep excursions and camel treks into the wider reserve are arranged directly through camp staff.

Wadi Rum village lies roughly five kilometres north, and the Aqaba coastal road is a 90-minute drive for those connecting onward to the Red Sea. The Petra archaeological site is under two hours by car.
