Rock Bay

Lined along the southern shore of Pretty Bay in Birżebbuġa, Rock Bay occupies one of Malta's quieter coastal addresses, with shallow turquoise water directly in front and the fishing fleet moored two hundred metres east.

The property sits thirty minutes by bus from Valletta's baroque core and twenty from the walled citadel of Mdina. Marsaxlokk's Sunday fish market, the island's largest, is a ten-minute drive south along the coast road.

Birżebbuġa divides between a residential quarter uphill and a narrow promenade below; the Freeport container terminal visible across the bay is the sole industrial intrusion on an otherwise low-key waterfront.
