Dar Chamss

Beside the ochre ramparts of Taroudant's old city walls, Dar Chamss occupies a traditional riad on Terrain Ahfir, a quiet residential edge just outside the medina's souks. Rooms open onto a central courtyard shaded by citrus trees, a practical base for travellers wanting Marrakech's architecture without the crowds.

A rooftop terrace overlooks the Atlas foothills to the north; breakfast is served there when weather allows. Taroudant's ramparts loop is a fifteen-minute walk, easily done on foot or by calèche from the nearby gate.
