The guest house at Bab Targhount occupies a restored riad tucked against Taroudant's western ramparts, its rammed-earth walls and citrus courtyard shielding rooms from the souk noise beyond the gate.

A handful of rooms open onto the shared courtyard rather than a corridor, so breakfast is taken communally under the orange trees unless guests request otherwise.

Bab Targhount itself sits two minutes' walk from the property, giving quick access to the ramparts walk and the Arab souk without the congestion of Taroudant's central square.
