The One

The private-estate villa known as The One occupies Leopard Drive within Pezula, a gated hillside development above the Knysna Lagoon with direct sightlines to the Indian Ocean through the Knysna Heads gap.

Pezula's roads are shared only with estate residents and guests, keeping the surrounding yellowwood forest trails and championship golf course unusually quiet by Garden Route standards. The lagoon-facing orientation means sunrise fills the main living spaces before morning mist lifts from the water.

Knysna's central waterfront, with its oyster bars and Woodmill Lane market, is roughly ten minutes by car. The Garden Route National Park's Knysna forest section begins at the estate's eastern boundary.
